Concentration Camps- AuschWitz, Buchenwald, Dachau, Mauthausen
Concentration camps played a large role in World War II. This is where the majority of the casualties, mostly Jews, Romans, and prisoners of war, occurred. There were work camps and death camps, among which were Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Dachau, and Mauthausen.
